Hotspot Charges That Can Be Avoided

• If you are traveling out of the country or near a United States border, your hotspot can pick up a tower outside the border and will cause international charges. 
• Please submit a ticket at least 2 weeks in advance so that your rate plan can be adjusted to avoid the international charges.

Hotspot non-usage

• If you don't plan on using your hotspot for a month or up to 6 months your monthly charges can be reduced.
• Please submit a ticket at least 2 weeks in advance so that your rate plan can be adjusted.
