How to Troubleshoot a Hotspot
Steps for troubleshooting a hotspot
If the hotspot does not power on, remove the battery and plug it directly into a power outlet. (The device needs power to work)
Please remember to reattach the battery to the device and unplug it from the power outlet after it turns on.
If the hotspot does not connect to the Internet, check the WiFi name and password on the device
If the WiFi and password have changed, use the current name and password that is on the device
If it still doesn't connect, please
