How to Troubleshoot a Hotspot

Steps for troubleshooting a hotspot

• If the hotspot does not power on, remove the battery and plug it directly into a power outlet. (The device needs power to work)
• Please remember to reattach the battery to the device and unplug it from the power outlet after it turns on.
• If the hotspot does not connect to the Internet, check the  WiFi name and password on the device
• If the WiFi and password have changed, use the current name and password that is on the device
• If it still doesn't connect, please submit a ticket.
