Telephone Problems

If you are experiencing issues with your physical telephone handset, please submit a ticket using the Report Telephone Problem button.

If you are experiencing issues with your softphone on your desktop or laptop, please submit a ticket using the Report Softphone Problem button.  

Example problems include and are not limited to:

  • no dial tone
  • poor call quality
  • unexpected noise on line
  • call transfers failing
  • problems with answering calls
  • line not ringing
