Update Line Information

To update the following information for an existing phone line, please submit a request.

• User and department information
• Display information
• Forwarding to another user or resource account

Required information:

• Phone number
• User name and TAMUCT email address
• Department name (if changing/updating)
• If forwarding, include:  
  • User name and TAMUCT email address to be forwarded to
  • Phone number to be forwarded to
  • OR the resource account and email address to be forwarded to
