Note: Requests submitted here will be addressed during normal University business hours.

Get help with the following Canvas administrative issues:

  • Development Shell Requests
  • Missing Course Shells
  • Course Enrollments
  • Report Issues with Integrated Canvas Tools (Proctorio, Microsoft Teams, Publisher content, etc.)
  • WebEx teaching accounts
  • Help with Communities

Critical Canvas concerns should be submitted by clicking the Help tab on the lower left margin in Canvas.

Faculty and Academic Advisors only: Request a WebEx account, or get help with login to an existing account. Other Staff are encouraged to use Go To Meeting or Microsoft Teams meetings for web-conferencing needs.
