Get Help in Canvas

Get to Canvas Help Desk by clicking the Help tab at the left side of your Canvas window.

Click Help tab on the left-hand margin, search for a Canvas Guide, scroll down to click Chat, or click Call

On the left side of your Canvas screen, you can:

  1. Click the Help tab to open the Canvas Guides pop-up
  2. Type a keyword at the top right to Search for a Guide, or,
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up
  4. Click "Call" for the Canvas Support Hotline number, or.
  5. Click "Chat" to chat with a Canvas Support Technician
