Change Legal Name
To update your legal name in the student records system, you need to fill out the Permanent Record Update form in Warrior Web. This form can be found in Warrior Web in the Undergraduate Student Forms tile. You can also update your Social Security Number with this form as well.
NOTE: You must be logged into Warrior Web to access the form.
