Steps for requesting a Mobile Hotspot

The monthly cost for a hot spot is $39.99.

Please submit a service request to purchase a new mobile Hotspot service.  The following information is required:

  • A statement of approval from the account holder approving the purchase (an email/document can be attached in the service request)
  • Account code to be billed
  • Name of the user and their department
