Step 1: Log in
To begin, you will need to log into our online photo submission service at: idphoto.tamuct.edu
Once you access the webpage in your browser, you will be greeted with the TAMUCT login page where you will enter your student email address and password. If you do not remember your password, please refer to this article.
Step 2: Upload Photo
Once you are successfully logged in, you will be brought to the photo upload page. You will see the photo requirements listed - your photo will be rejected if it does not meet these requirements!
You will also be prompted to upload your photo. Depending on the type of device you are using to submit your photo, your options will look different.
- If you are using a computer or laptop, you will be prompted to upload a photo based on the file type. Select .jpg or .png and then upload your photo from wherever you have it saved on your computer, i.e. 'This PC -> Picture' as shown below:
- If you are using a mobile phone or tablet, you can upload directly from your device or you will have the additional option of taking a photo with your camera from within the site. You will then be able to perform minor edits prior to upload:
Once you have selected and uploaded your photo, the system will process the photo to make sure it meets the photo requirements. If your selected photo does not meet photo requirements, the system will tell you why and you can try uploading a new photo.

Step 3: Upload Government Issued ID
The next step is to upload a photo or scanned copy of your government issued ID. For information about the handling of your government issued ID, please read our policy. We require a government issued photo ID in order to verify your identity. For questions or concerns, please contact the Warrior Tech Desk.
You will be prompted to upload a photo or scanned copy of your government issued ID card. Depending on the type of device you are using to submit your photo, your options will look different.

Step 4: Verify and Submit
Once you have successfully uploaded your government issued ID, you will have the chance to review both of your uploaded photos prior to submission. If you need to change either of them, simply select the 'edit' option under the photo you need to change.
When you are satisfied, click 'Submit & Sign Out'.
Next Steps
Once we have reviewed and approved your photo, you will be notified via email from the Warrior Tech Desk when your TAMUCT ID card is ready to be picked up. TAMUCT ID cards can be picked up from the Warrior Tech Desk office, located in Founder's Hall, RM114. We are open Monday through Friday, from 8a to 5p.
