Moving offices?  Submit a service request to have your computing equipment moved and include the following information:

• Whose equipment is being moved?
  • Please include their name, email, and phone number.
    • They will be contacted to schedule a date and time for the move
• Where is the equipment being moved from?
  • Please include the building and room number.
• Where is the equipment being moved to?
  • Please include the building and room number.

The area that the equipment is being moved to must be assessed for adequate network and power prior to the move.
