New Employee Setup

New Employee Setup?  Submit a service request to have your new employee setup on a current Apple device owned by your department:

  • Who is being setup?
    • Please include their name, email, and phone number.
      • They will be contacted to schedule a date and time for the setup
  • What equipment is being setup?
    • Please include iMac/MacBook/iPad, printer, scanner, etc.
      • If new equipment is required, please visit the Purchasing section of our service catalog for assistance.
  • Where is the equipment being setup?
    • Please include the building and room number.
