Cancel / Deactivate Telephone Service

Not sure if you need to cancel or deactivate a phone line?

• Cancel - means to permanently remove the service from the account.
• Deactivate - means to temporarily suspend service to the account until needed in the future.  (Example: transitioning employee position)

If you need to cancel or deactivate a telephone service, please submit a request with the below information:

• phone number to be cancelled or deactivated
• user's name
• user's TAMUCT email address
• date to start deactivation/cancellation of line
