Classroom Hardware Request

Please review the requirements for placing software requests in the Software & Hardware Special Requests article prior to submitting your request. 

 

Remember:

  • We require requests for classroom software and/or hardware be submitted no less than 3 weeks prior to the desired semester.
  • Any requests for new hardware in a classroom that must be purchased will need to be discussed with Academic Technology prior to the request for purchase.  The purchasing process can take between 2 to 4 weeks to place the order.

When requesting a hardware installation or configuration request, please be sure to include the following items:

  • Hardware requested (list of available equipment found here)
  • Location to be installed (building name and room number)
  • Name of class and course number
  • Instructor contact information
