Please review the requirements for placing software requests in the
Software & Hardware Special Requests
article prior to submitting your request.
Remember:
We require requests for classroom software and/or hardware be submitted
no less than 3 weeks prior
to the desired semester.
All requests for purchasing or installing NEW software
must be routed through IT for system testing and purchasing and license approval prior to getting approval for installation. This adds to the lead time of the request.
When requesting a software installation or configuration request, please be sure to include the following items:
Name of the software (with link to product website)
Location to be installed (building name and room number)
Name of class and course number
How many computers need the software
Instructor contact information
