Please only report interruptions or outages of a widespread or critical nature. For example:
- The University website being down for multiple people in your office.
- Warrior Web showing a service error for everyone that tries to access the site.
- Multiple users not being to log into their computers due to a network error.
- Email will not load for several users in your area.
If you are having a problem that only affects you, please submit your request in a more appropriate area of the service catalog. Please use the search button at the top of the catalog or navigate your way through the service catalog categories. If your request is found to not be major service interruption/outage, it will be closed without confirmation.
