Technology Purchase

IMPORTANT:  Make sure you have reviewed the steps listed in the Purchasing Technology guide prior to submitting your request.

The following information is required in your service request:

  • Indicate the name(s) of all employee(s) who will be assigned the hardware/equipment.
  • Where will the equipment be located?  Please include building name and office number.
  • Indicate what items are needed (example - laptop, Macbook, desktop, docking station, etc)
  • Include how many of each item are needed? (example - 1 laptop, 2 monitors) 
  • What date is the equipment needed by? (Estimated shipping times are currently varied.)
