Report Apple Hardware Problem

Please request assistance for any problems that you might be experiencing with your office Apple Macbook, iMac, or iPad.  If you are using a Windows device, please visit the Office Technology Support section of our service catalog for assistance.

Problem examples include:

  • system is slow
  • system is not powering on
  • system is making an odd noise
  • display issues (external display or internal)
  • an error message is displayed upon powering on
  • system is generally not operating in it's usual fashion
  • problems with external peripherals (webcams, mice, keyboards, etc)
