Microsoft Teams allows for the integration of apps from Microsoft and many other third-party software companies. Apps located in the Microsoft Teams app store fall under the same software review process as outlined in our software purchasing guidelines. Not all apps listed in the Microsoft Teams app store are free, and may require purchase. We review all app requests to ensure compliance with information security standards.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Name of app
- Screenshot or link to the app
- Include the email addresses of all users that need access (if not only for you or if you are not the requestor)
Once the app has been reviewed, you will be contacted if additional information is needed (i.e. third party vendor assessment, use-case, etc)
