Request Maintenance Services

Maintenance services for TAMUCT are provided by SSC.  Examples include:

  • hanging items in offices
  • moving furniture
  • repairs to buildings, i.e. plumbing, touch-up painting on walls, other minor damage, etc
  • environmental controls (heating, air conditioning, etc)
  • landscaping
  • pest control
  • electrical issues
  • chemical spills (i.e. car oil, cleaning chemicals/compounds, etc)

To request maintenance assistance, please submit a work order through Maintenance Connect via the 'Request Maintenance' button.

NOTE:  Maintenance Connect is a ticketing system separate from the Technology and Services Support Portal and TAMUCT.  Maintenance Connect requires its own log-in that is managed by SSC.  If you do not have a log-in, please contact your department admin to have them either submit the request for you or tell you who has access.  For Maintenance Connect log-in issues, please contact SSC personnel at 254-501-5876.


Remember:  

If it's dirty - custodial services will clean it.  

If it's broken - maintenance will fix it.
