Reports

The Security Operations Services department can provide several different reports concerning key assignments, usage, and card reader access for employees across campus.

These reports must be requested by a supervisor, department head, or equivalent.

Hard Keys Assigned to an Employee

Report shows which hard keys an employee has assigned to them.  The following information is required in the request:

  • Employee Name
  • Supervisor
  • Department
  • Justification for Request

Assigned Access Areas on an Employee's Key Card

Report shows which areas are assigned on an employee's key card.  The following information is required in the request:

  • Employee Name
  • Supervisor
  • Department
  • Justification for Request

Both Hard Key and Key Card Access Assigned to an Employee  Individuals Current Access- Hard Key and Key Card Access Report

  • Employee Name
  • Supervisor
  • Department
  • Justification for Request

If you would like to request a report for:

All Individuals Assigned Access to Specific Card Reader(s).

Report shows everyone who has access to a specific card reader aka office, suite, room, etc.  The following information is required in the request:

  • Room Number(s)
  • Supervisor of Area
  • Department
  • Justification for Request

If you would like to request a report for:

Card Reader History - All badges used on a card reader within a specified period of time.

  • Room Number
  • Time Period
  • Supervisor of Area
  • Department
  • Justification for Request
