Broken Lock(s)

If you are experiencing the following issues:

  • Key that previously worked in lock will not turn
  • Lock fully rotating (spinning) when turned but not unlocking/locking

The following information is required in the ticket:

  • Building name and room number
  • Descriptions of problem(s) observed
  • Frequency of issue, if applicable
  • Name of person assigned to office, if not the requestor
