Malfunctioning Card Reader

If you are experiencing the following issues:

  • no light on key card reader
  • not recognizing card
  • flashing red, blue, and green lights on card reader

The following information is required in the ticket:

  • Building name and room number
  • Description of problem(s) observed
  • Frequency of issue, if applicable
  • Name of person assigned to office, if not the requester
