Printer / Scanner
To reports problems with a printer or scanner, please select the appropriate 'Printer/Scanner Assistance' platform button to the right.
Problems can include:

jammed paper

poor/reduced print or scan quality

computer cannot connect to the device

printer or scanner is making a weird noise
Copier (Leased)
We provide limited support for the CTWP-leased copy machines.
We will provide support for the following items:

Configuring a new or replacement copy machine to our network. Please notify us when a new copy machine is to be installed with as much lead-time as possible.

Troubleshooting network problems with the copy machine in the event that computers cannot connect to the copy machine.
-
Configuring the scan-to-PC service from the copy machine to office computers.
-
Minor hardware troubleshooting in the event of a paper jam.
If we determine that the problem you are experiencing with the copy machine is beyond our scope of support, we will let you so that you can contact CTWP for support.
