To Access your Share Drives:
Connect to
Global Protect VPN
(If on campus, ignore this step)
The following are guides for Global Protect VPN if you haven't installed or connected to it before

Open
Connect to Server
To access Connect to Server:
Click your desktop background
Click
Go
at the top left of your screen
Click
Connect to Server
Type one of the following Share Drive addresses in the address blank:
smb://ctnufsv.tamuct.edu/officeshare
smb://ctnufsv.tamuct.edu/employees$/
username
type in your username where username is in the address
Click the
" + "
symbol at the bottom left to add the Share Drive to your favorites list
This adds the Share Drive to your favorites list so you don't have to type in the address again next time you connect
Click
Connect
at the bottom right
When connected to the Share Drive, it will appear on your desktop as an icon
Double click it to open it
If you don't see the icon on your desktop, check your Finder Preferences by doing the following:
Click your desktop background
Click
Finder
at the top left of your screen
Click
Preferences
Check the box for
Connected Servers
If you are not able to connect to the Share Drives:
Check your Internet connection
Make sure Global Protect VPN is connected
(If on campus, ignore this)
Double check the Share Drive addresses
Double check your credentials
