Global Protect VPN - "Still Working" Error (Mac OS)

To Fix the "Still Working" Error:

  • The "Still Working" error looks like the below screenshot

  • Open the Self Service App in your Applications folder
  • Click the GP VPN icon 
  • Click the Install button 
  • You will see a gauge showing you when the Self Service App has completed the reinstall of Global Protect VPN

  • Once completed, follow the GP VPN: How to Connect (Mac OS) guide to enter in the correct portal and credentials to connect.
