Global Protect VPN - How to find your VPN IP for Remote Support (Mac OS)

To Locate Your VPN IP:

• Connect to the Global Protect VPN
• Go to the top right of your screen
• Click the icon that looks like the following:​ 

• Click the horizontal lines in the top right of that window:           

• Click Settings:

• Click the Connection tab at the top left:

• Your Global Protect VPN IP is located next to Assigned Local IP:
