Steps to set up Adobe Acrobat as the default handler
- Click on Search and type Default Apps
- Click on Set defaults by app (located towards the bottom of the page)
- On the next screen, click on Adobe Acrobat DC and then click on the Manage button
- On the next screen, select File type and protocol associations that you prefer as the default
