Click on the search icon (magnifying glass).
Type 'snip' in the search field.
Select the 'Snipping Tool' from search results.
Click 'new'.
Move your cursor to the area you want to screen shot, hold down the left the mouse button, and drag it over the desired area.
Save the screen shot to your preferred location.
Exit the snipping tool.
