How to Take a Screen Shot

Steps for taking a screen shot:

• Click on the search icon (magnifying glass).  

• Type 'snip' in the search field.

• Select the 'Snipping Tool' from search results.

• Click 'new'.

• Move your cursor to the area you want to screen shot, hold down the left the mouse button, and drag it over the desired area.

• Save the screen shot to your preferred location.

• Exit the snipping tool.
