To Fix the "Still Working" Error:
- The "Still Working" error looks like the below screenshot

- Open the Self Service App in your Applications folder
- Click the GP VPN icon
- Click the Install button
- You will see a gauge showing you when the Self Service App has completed the reinstall of Global Protect VPN
- Once completed, follow the GP VPN: How to Connect (Mac OS) guide to enter in the correct portal and credentials to connect.
